Your team records a call or meeting by voice. Minutes later clean, structured notes come back, the agenda covered and the action items pulled out, ready to review and export.
Based on our call: a focused, working proof of concept that proves the core loop end to end, record, transcribe, structure, review, export, with real users, on a budget that keeps this first phase lean. The bigger vision, a multi-provider platform you can resell, is deliberately held for a later phase so this version ships fast and earns its keep first.
Five steps, from the moment a meeting is recorded to a finished document in your records.
Both run off the same AI, so a recording captured on the phone can be reviewed and finalised in the browser, wherever suits.
Record on the go, in the field or in a meeting, so nothing has to wait until someone is back at a desk.
Open it in any browser to record, review, and finalise notes at a desk, no install needed, with the assistant walking through anything it needs confirmed.
We run open-source models we host ourselves rather than routing your audio through a third-party consumer service, so there are no per-use AI fees and the data stays inside an environment you control.
Recordings upload automatically, processing happens on our servers, and the notes come straight back into the app. Data kept in a UK region. The simplest, fastest option for your team.
For settings where all data must stay fully on-premise, the AI can run locally so nothing leaves your machines. A more involved build we would scope as a later phase, once the core concept is proven.
Care documentation is personal and, in places, special-category health data. We build with privacy-by-design foundations: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and data kept in a UK region. We want to be clear, though: a proof of concept built on these foundations is not the same as formal certification. Full alignment with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act obligations is a dedicated workstream we would scope with you as the product matures, not something we would claim as done in a first build. We would rather set that expectation clearly now than over-promise it.
Phase 2 (future, scoped separately): fully on-premise / local AI, integrations with your existing systems, advanced AI (summaries, risk flags, speaker separation), the multi-provider platform, custom templates, and formal compliance work.
Simple and low-commitment, the same way we run every build.
